Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If your subscription is ordered for 1 month we wont be able to cancel, transfer or refund your subscription. As every activation requires a donation/credit on our end which is added to your unique mac address which also cannot be sold to another user.

On the other hand, If your subscription is ordered for more than 3 Months we can provide you a free transfer to another package.

We advise you to try a one-month subscription and check if it’s suitable for your needs before you purchase 12 monthly subscription plan.
